WIZ DIRECT RESPONSE APPLICATION

CLIENT: LIBERTY GLOBAL LEGAL & DATA PROTECTION GROUP

Liberty Global’s Compliance & Data Protection Group required a range of direct communications for their online compliance tool - Wiz; a secure environment where employees could register their concerns and receive legal advice without threat of censure or retaliation.

An awareness campaign was planned across the group, to include features on Luci, Liberty Global’s intranet, direct email drops, digital signage, a series of interactive applications, each containing a direct link to wiz, giving each employee a secure connection if they had any concerns. Every employee in the group would also have a direct link ‘wiz’ icon embedded into their desk top.
